Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitor and coordinate daily agricultural activities and supervise the implementation of agricultural plans.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to farmers to ensure improved production quality and efficiency.

  • Analyze soil and water and identify the most appropriate crops and fertilizer programs.

  • Monitor plant pests and diseases and develop preventive and curative control programs.

  • Prepare periodic technical reports and document work results and recommendations.

  • Contribute to the development of agricultural projects and the improvement of sustainable practices.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in agricultural engineering or a related field.

  • At least two years of experience in the agricultural field.

  • Good knowledge of agricultural analysis tools and computer programs.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
