As part of the national objective to localize the agricultural profession and boost economic development, CACS actively contributes to this strategic goal. In collaboration with relevant authorities and through the activation of cooperative societies across various regions, we work to empower young Saudis to enter and thrive in the agricultural sector. The project includes training programs, development support, and provision of resources to encourage local talent, address structural gaps, and increase national workforce participation in agriculture.
